Domestic orders (within the U.S.) typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International shipping is available; delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Customized products are made specifically for you.

Because of this, all custom orders require full processing time, and shipping may vary slightly depending on materials and design.
Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a delivery issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but cannot control delivery timelines.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Lost packages must be reported to the shipping carrier. We can assist, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges.

These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.
Delivery Issues

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
