  • All orders are handmade and created with care.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, custom bulk orders), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on design complexity.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Domestic orders (within the U.S.) typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping is available; delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Order Tracking

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

 

  • Customized products are made specifically for you.

  • Because of this, all custom orders require full processing time, and shipping may vary slightly depending on materials and design.

 

Shipping Delays

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If a delivery issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but cannot control delivery timelines.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Lost packages must be reported to the shipping carrier. We can assist, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

 

International Duties & Taxes

 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges.

  • These fees are not included in product or shipping costs.

 

Delivery Issues

 

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
